Pound for pound, Mosaic is led by some of the coolest and most awesomest people in Washington County. Well, that may be a bit biased, but if we could we would have each of them on a magnet on our fridge. Why? Because each one loves God and wants to find new ways to “Ignite a movement of radical love that transforms the community and the world.” You may not know this, but other than the pastoral staff, Mosaic is fully run by volunteers. We believe that is what the local church is for: building and equipping leaders to do the work of ministry. There is no difference between “clergy” and “layperson” here. We are all called to the same purpose: loving God and loving others.
