We’d love to have you join us for our very first Lunch with Leaders on Sunday, March 30 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, here at Mosaic.

Bring your own lunch and we'll enjoy some time together connecting and getting to know one another while we eat.

Mosaic Ladies this event is for you! Mosaic will host a table of 8 for the 2025 Hope Street Ministry Women’s Luncheon! Join this event to hear stories about love and restoration for children who reside and play at Hope Street. This is a wonderful morning of connection, food, sharing and creating. Spaces are limited so pay attention for registration opening! There are volunteer opportunities for this event as well. Please email Michelle if you are interested in volunteering.

The second Saturday of every month, Hope Street Ministry organizes an event called Serve Saturday. This volunteer opportunity is an easy, fun, family friendly way to connect with other Mosaic family members while serving one of our local partners. Volunteers will receive a tour of both Homes at Hope Street and Shechem and then participate in a variety of tasks within the ministry's needs. An example of needed tasks are: cleaning, organizing, decorating, stuffing envelopes, creating door signs for members, event preparation amongst other seasonal needs.  Opportunities for serving at Hope Street are endless - and this is a great way to get started!

 The event starts at 9:00am at Hope Street Ministry. Please specify while registering if you'd like to drive yourself or carpool from Mosaic church. We will depart from Mosaic church at 8:15am. The address for Hope Street is 2522 W. Capitol Drive, Milwaukee. There is street parking available. We will arrive back to Mosaic around 12:15pm. Spots are limited - be sure to register soon!

Are you new or "newer" to Mosaic? Join us after service on January 26th for a time to begin new relationships, gain information, and start your journey at Mosaic. We will not only fill your hearts and minds, we will celebrate by filling your belly too! We will offer a delicious lunch that will leave you happy and full. This is a perfect first step for those who are looking to learn more about the church or those looking to get connected. Please register so that we can plan accordingly.

We're excited to host our Christmas Eve service once again at Aspen Sky! This special venue allows our entire church family and our community to come together for one memorable service!

At Mosaic we believe in authentic community and that it is okay to not be okay. We recognize for many, the heartache of loss or grief can make the glow of Christmas lights and holiday cheer feel unreachable. We invite you to join us on the longest night of the year as we make space for all who are struggling to feel the joy and peace of the holiday season due to loss of any kind. Our hope is this special Longest Night Service will acknowledge the hole that grief can leave in one's heart while simultaneously remembering that we worship Immanuel, our God who is with us.

Warm up your Sunday with a little extra cheer! Join our Impact team on Sunday, December 8, immediately following our Sunday morning gathering, for some fellowship and fun at our Hot Cocoa Bar — perfect for sipping while chatting, and connecting!

If you’re looking for a place to celebrate Thanksgiving with a good meal and good company, several area churches have teamed up to host a Free Community Thanksgiving Dinner at four different locations throughout Washington County. Join your friends at Mosaic Church on Saturday, November 23, from 9:00 am to noon, as we decorate the church for the upcoming Christmas season. This festive and fun annual event is open to elves of all ages, for kids from 1 to ninety-two. So mark your advent calendars, and make plans to join us for this one-of-kind orna-mental event!

You’re invited to join our Mosaic family in celebrating God’s work through our ministry partner, Hope Street Ministries, at their Family Reunion Gala Fundraiser. We have a sponsored table, so there is no cost to attend except for parking. There are 9 seats available on a first-come, first-served basis, so registration is required. Get ready for an awesome 262 Middle School Kickoff at Cedarburg Creek Farm! The cost per person is $20 and includes lunch, a corn maze, a hayride to pick your own pumpkin, games, and a petting zoo!  It's going to be an awesome day! Who’s going to be the first one out of the maze? We’ll kick off the event with lunch at Mosaic at noon before we head out to Cedarburg Creek Farm! It’s the perfect chance to fuel up and hang out before the fun begins. Don’t forget to bring a signed release form so you can join in all the excitement! We can’t wait to see you, and don’t forget to invite your friends—everyone is welcome!

Join us on Sunday, October 6, as we celebrate all that God has done in and through Mosaic Church over the past five years! We'll have a special service of celebration followed by a family-style potluck lunch. Mosaic will provide the main course, and we kindly ask each family to bring a family-sized side dish or dessert, potluck style. To help us plan accordingly, we’d appreciate it if you could register in advance.

Join your friends from Mosaic Church on Friday, September 27th, as we serve at the concessions stand for the 2024 Slinger High School homecoming football game. This is a fun and easy way for members of Mosaic Church to #LoveWhereWeLive. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes!!!

Additionally, proceeds from the night will go to benefit Slinger High School Fellowship of Christian Athletes. The local FCA group reaches dozens of high school students weekly with encouraging faith, Christ and discipleship centered messages!

Hootie Fest 2024 is COMING!

You're invited to come out and serve with us on August 30th, to help "love where we live" at Hootie Fest 2024. This annual event, which is located on the high school grounds, features carnival style attractions, food, and fun for families throughout Washington County. Each year, Mosaic Church volunteers to help operate the "temporary tattoo" booth, and assists with crucial clean up after the event. You don't want to miss the fun and memorable opportunity to share the love of Jesus with our friends and neighbors!

(NOTE: This is an all-day event, but there are multiple times slots available to volunteer.)

Please be sure to arrive to Mosaic church 15 minutes BEFORE your scheduled time. A member of the Impact team will meet you there and all will walk to the festival together! Parking may be difficult as this event is very popular!

Do you like to take long walks in beautiful places? Want to get away from the crowds? Learn to backpack! Mike and Pam Linton have backpacked on foot and via kayaks in Alaska, Colorado, Montana, Switzerland and in the Midwest. They are eager to share some tips and tricks and even schedule a group hike or two! Destinations, planning, maps, park systems, gear and training. They will also discuss food options and emergency gear, tips and tricks and even schedule a group hike or two! Come on over for dessert and discussion on Wednesday, August 7, at their Cedar Lake home.

Join us for an afternoon at Pike Lake. Take a hike through the state forest, swim at the beach, rent a kayak or bring your own. We will meet at the South Shelter where there are several picnic tables and grills are available, and the playground and hiking trails can all be accessed from the picnic area. Bring your lunch, your chairs, yard games and a friend! A state park pass is required. If you do not have a park pass and need assistance getting into the park, please call Pam at 262-385-0591.

On Sunday, July 28, we will not be hosting our regular Sunday gathering at our Slinger location. We will be joining several other churches from across Washington County for a Combined Worship Service at the Fair! Check in at the gate to the right of the expo center and let them know you are with Mosaic Church. Feel free to bring lawn chairs and a water bottle. No other carry ins are allowed. 

Join us for an evening of music in the park on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at Slinger Community Park from 6-8:30 pm. Bring a friend and a chair to enjoy music by Slinger’s very own Jacob Olson. Admission is free, there will be food and beverages available to purchase in the park. Just look for the Mosaic flag.

Fusion Sunday events are easy get-together events for individuals, families, and anyone who attends Mosaic Church. Bring your own food, chairs, games, whatever make your day brighter and share your time with your church family.  Look for the Mosaic Love Where You Live flag to find our group. Our first gathering will be on Sunday, June 23, 2024 at Rotary Park in Slinger. We have reserved the shelter for a fun afternoon picnic after our Sunday service. Bring your food, fun and friends! The park offers Pickleball, bag toss, ping pong, bocce ball, a splash pad, and a playground… a little something for everyone. The park does provide some equipment but feel free to bring your own too.

Why is sourdough bread making so popular right now? Could it be the thrill of having your own homemade bread from virtually nothing. Is it a throwback tradition that reflects a simpler time, or is it just THAT good? Regardless, at Mosaic, it’s a thing. Learn how to make sourdough bread with your church family. Meet up with your Mosaic family at the Schauer Courtyard. The evening’s entertainment will be provided by Vinyl Road, a classic rock band. Bring a chair, a friend and look for the Mosaic flag. We plan to be in the outer courtyard where it hopefully won’t be too loud. The Schauer Courtyard is between the Schauer Arts Center and Hartford Recreation Center buildings. The courtyard opens at 5:30 p.m., with live music playing from 6:00–9:00 p.m.

Kayaking is a great sport but learning the proper skills will both keep you from injury/exhaustion as well as help you enjoy the lakes and rivers of Wisconsin and beyond. Mike and Pam Linton use sea-kayaks and have years of experience on the Great Lakes as well as local river/lake paddling. Join them at Big Cedar Lake and bring your own kayak or they have a few extras based on availability.

One Class on three separate nights

June 19 - Paddling skills, boat basics.

June 26 - Wet exits, rescues, surf.

July 10 - Trip planning, overnight camping, and 2 hour paddle to Gilbert Lake

6:30 prompt - 8:30. We will meet regardless of weather - if thunder/lightning will do an indoor activity.

On Saturday, June 8th, Impact Ministry is hosting it's second BIG DAY OF IMPACT! The mission statement of Impact Ministry is Joining Jesus in the work of restoration to our neighbors wherever we relationally encounter brokenness and need. After prayerful consideration, this year's Big Day of Impact will offer opportunities to serve in three different locations. Each area meets the needs of a different community both here in Washington County, as well as Milwaukee County. There will not be childcare provided for this event. Youth are welcome; however they should be at an age where they are comfortable serving for two to three hours at a time. Please fill out the questionnaire in the registration form to help the team connect you with the best placement for the day! In partnership with Community Church in West Bend and our missionary partners in Bosnia, the Strands, you are invited to join us for an empowering training session on how to be effective in personal evangelism! Are you passionate about sharing your faith with others but unsure where to start? Do you want to learn practical tools and strategies for engaging in meaningful conversations about your beliefs? During this training, you will gain valuable insights and skills to help you become a more effective personal evangelist. Whether you are new to sharing your faith or looking to enhance your evangelism capabilities, this training will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to engage with others in a respectful and impactful way. By investing in your personal evangelism skills, you can make a lasting impact and help bring others closer to God's love and grace.

In partnership with Community Church in West Bend and our missionary partners in Bosnia, the Strands, we invite you to join us for an exciting opportunity to learn from international pastors and evangelists, Slavko & Sanja Hadzic. Are you passionate about sharing the message of hope and salvation with others? Do you want to learn effective strategies for reaching out to the community and beyond? You will have the privilege of learning from experienced field workers who have firsthand experience in public evangelism and outreach. They will share their insights, strategies, and testimonies to inspire and equip you for effective evangelism.

We can't do what we do as Mosaic Church without the help of our dedicated and amazing volunteers. So if you have given your time to help in Kids' ministry, helped keep our facility clean and operating, shared your gift for music, run our tech or helped behind the scenes with our Impact and Care Ministries, we would love to show our appreciation by inviting you to Trivia Night at Aspen Sky on Saturday, April 27 at 7:00 pm. At Mosaic, we offer “believers baptism” for those who are followers of Jesus as a public sign of our faith in Him. But, we all have so many questions about it. Who should get baptized? Why do we do it? What if I was baptized as an infant? Do I need to do it to be saved? Those, and many more topics will be discussed. The meeting is not a commitment to baptism, just a starting point to learn more! The baptism service will be April 21 during the Sunday service.
