Joining Jesus in His work of restoration to our neighbors Wherever we relationally encounter brokenness or Need.
Jesus had stumped His disciples.
It happened after He finished telling them that they had cared for a multitude of His physical needs. Befuddled and confused by His words, they quizzically asked, “Master, what are you talking about? When did we ever see you hungry and feed you, thirsty and give you a drink? And when did we ever see you sick or in prison and come to you?”
Jesus famously replied, “Whenever you did one of these things to someone overlooked or ignored, that was me—you did it to me.” (Matt. 25:40)
The Impact Ministry of Mosaic Church strives to fulfill Christ’s words today, through the active mobilization of believers and other non-profit partners in order meet the spiritual and physical needs of our neighbors. We seek to carry out this mission through spirit-led prayer, the understanding of needs, the uplifting of marginalized individuals or communities, and the sacrificial provision of whole person support. We do so because we believe that when we selflessly love others as ourselves, we’re doing so as unto Jesus himself.
